Welcome to See Forever Cottage
Our See Forever Cottage has been one of the most popular vacation rentals in the Telluride area since 1979.   This is a freestanding private home on its own wooded acres, in a private compound up on Telluride's ski mountain.   See Forever Cottage is in a protected 400 acre aspen forest, less than 5 minutes to the ski slopes.  

This luxury vacation rental in Telluride, Colorado offers walls of glass, three levels of living space, and an unforgettable location with commanding views of Telluride's "Fourteener," 14,017 ft. Wilson Peak -- the mountain on the Coors® can!

This luxury vacation rental is in a residential neighborhood of upscale homes on acreage, directly adjacent to Telluride's Mountain Village, the center of Telluride's ski operations.

If you're heading into town, the cottage is only 8 minutes to the historic Town of Telluride, just down the hill, in the box canyon below.

The new Town Hall Plaza and gondola station in the adjacent Mountain Village features Telluride's newest and nicest grocery, plus wines and spirits, just around the corner. At the See Forever Cottage, you'll have the best of both worlds: trees, views, privacy, and quiet in your own aspen forest -- and yet just around the corner from everything worth doing in Telluride.

Kitchen
The kitchen is cozy and functional, a perfect place to prepare a meal after a long day on the slopes or exploring the area. There are two half-height fridges in the kitchen, plus a huge fridge/freezer for cottage guests in the attached garage. The kitchen and pantry also feature Cuisinart burl-style coffee grinder and coffee maker, plus microwave, blender, pots and pans, and everything else you'll need.  Extra touches, such as Starbucks® Coffee, all kinds of teas and chais, hot and cold cereals, Swiss chocolates, soft drinks, mineral water, etc. are all included in your stay.

Living and Dining Area
The living and dining areas are open and spacious and offer great views of the surrounding aspen forest and 14,017 ft. Wilson Peak.

Outdoor Living Areas
The vacation cottage features a view terrace, a perfect place to enjoy the quiet of the aspen forest and admire the views of Wilson Peak.  Comfortable outdoor seating and an old-fashioned picnic table and benches makes this a perfect place for a meal in the summer, spring, or fall (or winter if you’ve got your mittens on!) There is also a gas grill for cooking up delicious and healthy meals.

Master Suite

The luxurious Master Suite features a queen-size feather bed, down comforters, down pillows, and soft linens. Skylights above the bed let in natural light by day and provide a view of the moon and stars by night.

Sleeping Loft

The Sleeping Loft features dazzling views of Wilson Peak, a full-size feather bed (double bed) with down comforters and down pillows, and a teddy bear.

Additional Sleeping Areas

We have kid-size Aero “sleepaway” beds for when little ones are along for the adventure.  The home also features comfy custom-designed built-in couches that easily convert to platform beds with the removal of the back cushions -- far more comfortably than conventional pullout sofa beds.

We have a five night minimum stay requirement during high seasons of summer and winter.   Three night min. stay during offseasons and Peak Fall Colors season (last two weeks of Sept., first two weeks of Oct.)  Feel free to check with us for last minute openings, when we may be able to waive min. stay requirements.

Telluride is a world class ski resort, typically ranked in the top ten of all mountain resorts in North America.   It also features one of the best gondola systems in the U.S. -- no charge -- connecting the Mountain Village up on the ski mountain with the historic Town of Telluride in the box canyon below.   Even when you're not skiing, you can ride the gondola to the top of the ski mountain and get off -- for hiking, biking, dining, and to take some of the most memorable photos you can imagine!
