The Hillside Estate is on gorgeous property overlooking Kaneohe Bay and the Yacht Club on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. The 3 homes on the private Drive can accomodate up to 25 guests comfortably. The Vacation Rentals are very private and are just a 5 minute drive from Kailua Beach. The estate includes plenty of parking for small weddings and Family Reunions. The Villa, Guest House and Terrace vacation homes have a total of nine bedrooms, eight full baths and two half baths.

The estate offers privacy and spectacular panoramic ocean views. It is ideal for small weddings, family gatherings and corporate retreats.

Guests have shared access to the Basketball Court and Game Room. The Game Room has a Pool Table, Ping-Pong table, Darts and Air Hockey. With the poker table and board games, we have a game for everyone!

We provide everything you need for your trip to the beach including beach chairs, boogie boards, skimmers, surf boards, snorkels, fins, umbrellas, coolers and Kayaks.

Payment:
  • Deposit: Reservation deposit of 30% of the total is required upon booking.
  • Payment Types: We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and travelers checks.
  • Remaining Balance: The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 
If you cancel your reservation more than 120 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation within 120 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked. You have a year to reschedule your vacation.

Damage Deposit:
There is a $1,500 refundable damage deposit.

Other Charges:
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $600.
