Welcome to our 2000 square foot, vacation home. The Terrace was originally the caretakers home on this large 2 acre estate. Recently remodeled, the gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, new cabinets and new appliances. The Terrace has a combination of new style and original Hawaiian charm. You'll enjoy the view from all 3 lanai's and find enough space to be together or have a moment alone. It is an affordable family vacation house with something for everyone: a great view, hot tub, game room and central location.

We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the best beach on Oahu, the beautiful 3 mile long Kailua Beach.

Guests have shared access to the Basketball Court and the game room. The Game Room has a Pool Table, Ping-Pong table, Foosball, Darts and Air Hockey.

With a Gourmet Kitchen, remodeled living room, Hot Tub and great view, you'll find the Terrace a tropical home away from home. We have Queen size beds in all 3 bedrooms, plus an airbed for flexible sleeping arrangements. The Lanai off the Master Bedroom offers a secluded spot to hang out--but all 3 decks have a great view. Enjoy coffee in the morning or supper off the grill outside enjoying the view and our hillside breezes.

Payment:
  • Deposit: Reservation deposit of 30% of the total is required upon booking.
  • Payment Types: We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and travelers checks.
  • Remaining Balance: The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 
If you cancel your reservation more than 120 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation within 120 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked. You have a year to reschedule your vacation.

Damage Deposit:
There is a $500 refundable damage deposit.

Other Charges:
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $175.
