The Villa offers "Executive Elegance" with a comfortable, at home feel. This is an affordable, luxurious, tropical vacation home you will enjoy. The 5000 square foot Villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths with beautiful tile, media room with a 52" plasma TV, WIFI and plenty of room. The house is spacious for 10 people, but accomodates guests from the other 2 homes when a family is gathering on the estate. Luxury, privacy and fun awaits you.

The Kitchen opens up on the lanai overlooking the Pool. You'll enjoy panoramic views for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is plenty of room to enjoy poolside refreshments. For dining, there is seating for 12 inside and seating for 14 on the Lanai, outside.

The Villa offers privacy and a spectacular view. It is ideal for small weddings, family gatherings and corporate retreats.

Guests have shared access to the Basketball Court and the Game Room. The Game Room has a Pool Table, Ping-Pong table, Foosball, Darts and Air Hockey

Downstairs there is a formal dining room, Game Room with a Poker table, TV Room, Laundry room and a wheelchair accessible Bedroom and Bathroom. Upstairs there is the View Room with a Pillowtop Queensize bed which shares a Full Bath with the "Twins Room". There are 2 Bedrooms with King size beds and private bathrooms, but the Master Bath is particularly luxurious.

Payment:
  • Deposit: Reservation deposit of 30% of the total is required upon booking.
  • Payment Types: We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and travelers checks.
  • Remaining Balance: The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 
If you cancel your reservation more than 120 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation within 120 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked. You have a year to reschedule your vacation.

Damage Deposit:
There is a $1,000 refundable damage deposit.

Other Charges:
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $350.
