| Beautiful luxury home, approx 2400 sq ft, just one block from the beach with a partial ocean view offers 4 luxury bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, fabulous and fully appointed kitchen with gas stove. The dining area seats 6, plus 2 at the island. The living room is delightful and includes a large screen TV with satellite service, DVD with surround sound, CD player, and a cozy gas fireplace. Decks on both levels with a view from the upstairs deck. Downstairs has 1 King and 1 Queen bedroom (each bedroom has its own bathroom) and the upstairs floor has 1 King and 1 Queen. The upstairs King bedroom has a soaking tub and both King rooms have their own TV. Air hockey is included in the game area/garage and a gas BBQ. Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach in this quiet residential neighborhood. Parking for 4 cars maximum. No smoking or pets, no exceptions. |
