This beach house is just a short block to the beach and is a pet-friendly home. The enclosed sunporch is bright and cheery. Living room has a gas fireplace, beautiful fir floors, cable TV, VCR, micro-suede futon/sofa, sitting chairs, and a desk area. The kitchen and separate breakfast room are just off the living room and adjoin the sunporch. Kitchen is completely remodeled with new flooring, counters, appliances and newly added dishwasher. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has a pair of twin beds and each bedroom has a door that enters the bathroom, also renovated. In the garage you will find the ping pong table, charcoal BBQ, and lawn furniture. There are many games, beach toys, horseshoes, badminton net & racquets. Repeat guests will be delighted with the changes. Enjoy this adorable and cozy home.
