This charming "Turtle" cottage at Tybee is unique & consist of two units (independent of one another); you can rent one unit or both for larger groups which will sleep 12 max; each unit will sleep 6 people or less, with 2 bedrooms, one sofa bed, 1 full bath w/2 sinks, totally furnished kitchen, liv/din rm., and 2 porches plus washer/dryer & equipped kitchen including a dishwasher & a microwave. A great set up for large groups to stay together, have their own privacy & be close to the beach too. Enjoy the convenience of two porches complete with furniture, swings & gas grill. A perfect mid island location, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, playground, tennis & volleyball courts, gym, library, etc. Free off street parking provided & a romantic, Garden of Eden next door with night lighting & a pool & hot tub. Come experience this one of a kind getaway with a tropical & scenic atmosphere, dolphin water fountain, soft night lighting, and gorgeous pool with neon colors at night. Coastal Georgia Cottages is a family own business. We like being together and having fun doing it. We especially like meeting people and getting to know many people around the world. Richard and Alicia are the owners, Richard owns his own Logistics business, I am retired from the Board of Education, Rebecca is our daughter-in-law who is the booking agent and handles the cleaning as well. Our two sons are Captains at the Savannah Fire Dept. and they do repairs & maintain the properties. We work very closely and are very concious of people's needs and go that extra mile to serve them. We offer our customers very clean, modern, and up to date acccomodations, and give our places that extra beachy flair that most people rave about. We have lived here for many years and love the area - there is an old saying that when you get the sand between your toes you have caught the spell and are referred to as a "Tybebbian". We have a small 4 LB. Yorkie who is our mascot for Coastal Georgia Cottages and he too likes to greet you in the courtyard when he is visiting it. We look forward serving you.
