L'Yvantino is a charming 5 bedroom beachfront villa rental, located directly on the beach at Lorient in fabulous St Barths. It is close to restaurants, post office, and grocery stores. The terrace overlooks the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean an the small islands nearby. You will hear the song of the waves breaking on the beach and the birds while having your morning coffee. This five bedroom villa is composed of 2 seperate units, each one with its own private entrance. The 1st 2BR unit opens to the beach and features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and another one with 2 twin beds. The bathroom with shower is shared in between the 2 bedrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a cozt living area with sea views. The 2nd unit can only be rented together with the beach side one and includes a Ground floor with a queen bedded room with en-suite bathroom. The 2nd floor has 1 queen and 1 twin bedded rooms with a shared bathroom with shower. A lovely living and dining room opens onto a terrace overlooking Lorient’s beach and the ocean with a view to the island of Toc Vert. There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and all the bedrooms are garden view and air conditioned.
