This 9 bedroom, 9 bathroom villa situated on the hillside of Gustavia offers beautiful views of the harbour and the yachts. This recently built property very modern and tastefully furnished is composed of two buildings. The first building has two similar apartments with one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living room with a very large terrace on the first level and two bedrooms on the lower level. All bedrooms open onto larges terraces. The second building is independent and features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room, private terrace with an access to the pool. This villa is ideal for several families or couples who will enjoy life in downtown Gustavia, closed to night clubs, restaurants, shopping, etc? Living / Dining rooms In the upper building, two identical living rooms open on the same large terrace. Each one has a flat screen TV with Canal Satellite and Dish network, DVD and CD player, telephone and fax machine, air conditioning, ceiling fan, HI FI and WIFI. A table for 20 guests is on the upper terrace with a very nice living area or you can have dinner on the lower terrace nearby the pool.
