Casa Del Sol is a spacious, comfortable, luxurious St. Martin rental villa located in Orient Bay just a few minutes (0.37 miles) from the Orient beach. The French St. Martin rental property offers a beautiful outdoor living , a glorious pool, views of the sea and St Barth's island.

The villa has 4 spacious air conditioned bedrooms each with it's own en suite bath. The large, beautifully decorated Master Suite has a King Size "Baldaquin style" bed, a dressing room, private bathroom and sea view. The other bedrooms have... BR2: king size bed, BR3: queen, BR4: 2 queens. All bedrooms are air conditioned plus have window screens. Only one bedroom enters from outside while 3 bedrooms have interior access the making this villa ideal for families with children.

The living room at Casa Del Sol is open to the large terrace with a second "lounge style" living room with 2 comfortable sofas.

The open floor plan kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the bar, terrace and dining area, and the "plancha barbecue".

The terrace and beautiful swimming pool enjoy plenty of teak chairs and are surrounded by a tropical garden for total privacy and perfect comfort.
