Christmas Holiday Availability : Owner will consider seven nights minimum if departure is on or before DEC 29, or ten nights minimum for reservations from DEC 26. Two weeks minimum if both Christmas & New Year holidays included.

La Croisette is a superb hillside St Martin luxury villa with a living room, kitchen and three bedrooms with private baths, and an attached guest house with another living room, a large bedroom with walk-in closets and a private bath.

Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, while the third has twin beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The fourth bedroom is in a separate guest cottage with a covered porch. The fully air conditioned cottage includes a living area with TV & satellite, a large bedroom and a bathroom.

La Croisette has two gazebos, one for dining and one for lounging.
