Breathtaking views engage a visitor from the moment they enter the comfortable living area which opens to a huge (2000 sq. foot) pool deck. The adjacent dining area is completely enclosed in glass which affords both day and night time views of Bluff Point and Nettle Bay Beach. There is an intimate loft above the living area perfect for watching the sunrise and you can see sunsets from the dining room. Three equal king bedded rooms each with private bath are located on the main level & all face the 35' x 15' pool. The upscale rattan furniture makes for a comfortable living room with an additional contiguous outdoor covered living area. The kitchen includes marble counter tops and all the amenities you expect to find in an upscale home. The lower level includes two additional bedrooms (King or twin + two double beds) each with bath and a private patio with more views. The entrance to this home is gated and the villa is completely private. Marigot is a 10 minute drive, the nearest grocery store is a 5 minute drive, and Baie Rouge Beach is a 5 minute walk.
