This luxury villa - 3500 sq ft is located on the Pirouette Peninsula, secured 24 hrs and gated marina. The international golf course surrounds the marina and the recently built Villa Venezia is in a sunny position on the edge of Simpson bay's lagoon. A private two places boat-dock adds Venezian charm to this dwelling. You will love the space: the entrance opens into a wide kitchen area with a US refrigerator, a wine-storage cabinet, trash compactor, dish-washer, oven and central cooking island. A spacious lounge/dining area leads to a swimming pool with a romantic teak-wood bridge over it. This delightful pool has water cascading over natural coral. There is another dining space on the terrace extending to a solarium overlooking the lagoon, surrounded by flowers, and with access to the pontoon. You will feel the glamour spirit of an open air dinning under the stars like being on a deck of a cruise boat ... Quality materials have been chosen for the house - granite floors, coral for the archways , marble in the bathrooms, sound-proofed walls, wi-fi, sat-TV, fans and Air Conditioning.... Wide stairs of exotic wood lead to the bedroom area: 5 bedrooms, each with private bath or shower room. The large Master bedroom of 450 sqft has a panoramic view over the lagoon. Each comfortable bedroom has a King or queen size bed and a lagoon view, making living here a privilege. Optional boat or Jet Ski rental is an advantage for easy access to the beaches, restaurants or food market either on the French side of the lagoon at Marigot or the Dutch side at Simpson Bay. Last but not the least, this place is a dream for water skiers as the only slalom of the island is 200 yards from the pontoon!
