There are 2 terraces overlooking the ocean and a wide terrace off the upstairs bedroom. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped.

The Cupecoy Beach Club is an intimate gated condominium oasis offers a large pool, pool bar, twenty-four hour security and a fully equipped gym. There is a walkway along the ocean and steps down to the beach. The villa is within walking distance of the Sint Maarten Golf Club, the Maho Bay shopping area, Mullet Bay Beach and the Atlantis Casino complex with its variety of acclaimed restaurants.
