Bougainvillea, is a very stylish villa with fabulous views overlooking Dawn Beach & St. Barths.

Every attention to detail has been made in this new deluxe villa. The property is surrounded by natural rock walls. The 3 story villa offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, TV/VCR and full bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed, TV/VCR and bathroom with shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds in each room and attached bathrooms with shower. The fifth bedroom is a separate loft area with kitchenette located on the lower level with it own private entrance. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

The swimming pool with its multi-level decks offers spectacular oceanviews and is equipped with a gas grill. Enjoy the stunning views of Dawn Beach and the wonderful breezes. The living room is spacious with top of the line décor done in soft neutral tones. There is a stereo system with CD player, TV & DVD player and the dining area accommodates 10 persons. The fully equipped gourmet style kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances.

In addition, this villa offers an elevator, gym and steam room.
