Just over a block to the beach, this adorable beach house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is furnished with utensils, cookware, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee pot. The master bedroom has a queen bed with TV and the 2nd bedroom has a twin on the top bunk and double on the bottom. The dining room is between the kitchen and living room that has a cozy gas fireplace, futon, sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD/VCR, and stereo. The backyard has a very nice wooden deck with patio furniture and charcoal BBQ. This charming home is just 2 short blocks to the beach, and 1/2 block to the river and close to other vacation homes as well. Parking for 2 cars.
