Nestled on a corner lot just three houses away from the beach access, you will have no need to worry about loading all of your beach wear as the sparkling sands are only a short walk away. 619 Dolphin is uniquely centered around one great room which is divided into 4 different living spaces: the living room facing a fire place, the den area facing the TV, the dining area that can seat up to 16 people, and the Kitchen that has space to adequately hold up to 3-4 cooks with a bar area that can accomodate several "visitors" while meals are prepared.
