Villa Sevada is family friendly villa rental in St Barth, located a few steps away from the beach of Lorient. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property offers a peaceful retreat from the everyday buzz. The spacious garden with trees is entirely closed and perfect place to safely play. The pool and Jacuzzi are located in the back garden of the villa to guarantee a total privacy, with some welcoming shade provided by nice palm trees. Two double bedrooms are located downstairs, like the great room, and share the same bathroom, whereas the Master bedroom and the small 4th bedroom (available upon request) are upstairs. A nice easy living villa to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. Master Bedroom: Garden and ocean view, large king size bed, air conditioning, telephone, safe. Private balcony. En suite bathroom shared with bedroom 4, with a bath tub, hair dryer, towels and beach towels. Bedroom 2: Garden and small ocean view, 4 poster king size bed, air conditioning, mosquito net, safe (outside the bedroom, shared with bedroom 3). Bedroom 3: Garden and pool view, queen size bed, air conditioning, mosquito net, safe (outside the bedroom, shared with bedroom 2). Mezzanine with a large singe bed (120cm), mosquito net. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are sharing the same bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels and beach towels. Kitchen with pool view equipped with electric oven, gas stove, microwaves, fridge and freezer, ice maker, breakfast bar for 2, coffee machine, toaster, blender, electric kettle, electric fruit squeezer. Service for 12. Gas BBQ outside by the pool. Villa Sevada offers various places to relax inside and outside with one outside living on the front covered terrace furnished with comfortable rattan sofas, a second one by the pool with teak chairs and table for 4, the main inside living with modern style sofas for 6 to 8 guests, as well as an upstairs living by the master bedroom. Inside dining with a round wood table for 6 guests and outside dining on the covered back terrace by the pool with a teak table and chairs for 6 guests. Nice and very private swimming pool located in the back garden, with a scale and inside bench. Large deck in the sun or under the palm tree shade, with 6 teak lounge chairs and blue cushions, plus a Heated Jacuzzi for 4 to 5 persons. Private beach area on the ocean edge with 4 lounge chairs and a table for 4.
