Sit on the large balcony and watch the rolling waves of the Gulf in this super special unit. Dune Pointe is a lovely complex built in 2003 located on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico on the Emerald Coast of Florida. This non-smoking complex is small, but has good amenities. Pets are not permitted. This is a seven story condominium with only 3 units per floor. There is a spacious Gulf Front heated pool.

Unit 201 is a gulf front unit and is conveniently located on the second floor so elevators are not a problem. Spend your well-earned vacation in this fabulous unit.

Television, surveys and magazines rate the Emerald Coast among the top ten in the world for its beautifully colored waters and sand as white as snow. The Gulfarium (dolphin show) and the Okaloosa Island fishing pier are only minutes away. The nation's largest designer outlet mall is only twenty minutes away in Sandestin. There are tennis courts all over, and also dozens of challenging golf courses, with spectacular views, within a short drive.

The Okaloosa Island fishing pier .. always catch one.. Fishing boats leave Destin every morning and return home with huge catches that continue to make it 'the luckiest fishing village in the world.' Other types of fishing available are surf fishing, fishing from bridges and piers, casting swirling nets for mullet or going after blue crab with traps or nets. All may be done in the Fort Walton Beach area. Excellent freshwater fishing is also available.
