The Emerald Three-bedroom Villa is a free-standing private villa in the well-known Pavia Country Club, an upscale residential complex of Aruba; this villa has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bathroom; a second bedroom with queen-size bed; a third bedroom with two single beds, and a second full bathroom; a comfortable 3-1-1 sofa set in the living room, a 6-seat dining table in the dining room, a full-sized fully equipped contemporary kitchen, an enclosed garage with remote controlled panel-lift door and laundry equipment (washer/dryer). For the 7th and 8th occupant, an inflatable double-bed with pillows and linen can be provided at only an additional $10 each per night and can be comfortably used in this very spacious 3-bedroom villa. There is also an attractive front porch and a cozy rear patio with patio/lounge furniture and a four-person hot tub. A wonderfully landscaped front and rear yard, enclosed with full perimeter fence, provides the ultimate touch to this private villa. Free broadband wired and wireless internet, cable TV, two standard definition flattube TV’s, a DVD player, and an iPod compatible stereo set (bring your iPod if you have one!) are available for your comfort. Area Information
You will be staying in the Pavia Country Club residential villa complex, which is located in the Paradera district of Aruba, about 8-10 minutes drive from the main beaches of the island (Eagle beach and Palm beach), and about 5 minutes drive from downtown, shopping and dining areas of Oranjestad. It is also ideally located to visit the many exquisite but remote restaurants in the Savaneta district, as well as for visits to the Casibari Rock Formations, the Arikok National Park, the north coast sceneries and the several landmarks and touristic attractions of the area. Walk to, and climb the popular and well-known Hooiberg (“Haystack”) mountain/hill. All the major hotels, casinos as well as many other restaurants in the Noord district are only about 8-15 minutes drive away, including the Tierra del Sol Golf community.
