This is an Italianate Victorian Brick Mansion. It is gorgeous with soaring ceilings, perfect inlaid floors, almost floor to ceiling windows, five fire places (wood burning, electric and gas), four large bays, enormous ballroom with full kitchen, piano, island and too much to mention!!!
The Entry: Enter through massive leaded glass/chrystal doors.
There is also a side entry which is wheel chair accessable. The side entry comes into the front parlor.
Ballroom: 50X16 and 50X20 with Bays. High ceilings. Perfect hardwood inlaid floors, beautiful seating and round dining table in bay window.
Kitchen: Beautiful cherry kitchen. Table island, dishwasher, sink, microwave, ...oven. The pantry is off of the kitchen.

OVERALL DESCRIPTION: This mansion is lovely in every way. It is located in a snug little town at the foot of the Poconos called Bangor, Pa. The mansion is fantastic for wedding parties, family reunions or groups travelling together. The house consists of the main floor and top floor for rent. (the middle floor is closed off). It is about 4000 Square feet of beauty!! There is a huge wrap around porch and plenty of room for parking in the rear. It has old world charm and modern emenities.
Area: Too much to mention all!! CASINO'S: Mount Airy Casino, Sands Casino. SKIING: Shawnee, Camelback, Alpine Moutain, Blue Moutain and many more!! Antique heaven, BOATING AND CANOEING: Chamberlain, Applacian Trail (Bangor), Nelson Vista for hand gliding (Bangor),BIKING/HIKING/HORSE BACK RIDING: Homestead Trail (Bangor), Horse back riding: Maypaloos Farm, Old Stone Farm, Gary Gus Stables, Timber Ridge Farm to name a few!!
Museums: Penn Longrifle Museum, Moravian Museum, Red Mill Museum Village and so many more!!
CHILDREN: Biking (the trails are beyond description!! One of our favorites takes you along rivers, through woods and over streams. Some moutain bikes provided!! Dynamic Dinosaurs, S&S; Speedways (a favorite of our little speedster!) amusement parks and waterparks, bowling, childrens museums, family and kids events,fun and games, science museums, zoos and aquariums , Bushkill Park, Camel Beach and on and on... There is much too much to list for kids but we tend to do Skiing, hiking, biking and the speedway the most! (with a dash of interestsing museums thrown in).
There are also tons of events, concerts, shows and theaters. OR you can stay home in your lovely, spacious, comfy mansion. Sip your drinks on the porch or sit reading by the fire. Your family or group will love to unite in this space of grand proportions!
