| Great family beach house just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach with a fantastic yard for relaxing, playing badminton, volleyball or horseshoes (supplied). The open floor plan allows for easy visiting with the 2 sofas and easy chair in the living area along with cozy gas fireplace and dining area adjacent. Fully appointed kitchen includes dishwasher. Sliders between the living and dining area open out to a lovely deck with a view of the Necanicum River that overlooks the side-yard. The garage opens up for ping pong as well. The master bedroom has a queen bed with sliders to a private deck. The second bedroom has a double bed and the loft bedroom just above the living room has the bunk bed set. Cable TV/VCR is included. Very quiet street and kid friendly. Bird enthusiasts will love watching a variety of local birds visit who also appreciate the quiet and lovely setting. A short block and a half to the beach makes this great family home a pleasure to feature. Parking for 3 cars. |
