Description

This lovely, modern split level townhouse has all the comforts of home and more. Downstairs you will find an open floor plan kitchen, living and dining room, with sliders to the patio and fenced back yard. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace, TV with DVD/VCR player and sleeper sofa. Kitchen is fully appointed including dishwasher. Dining area seats 6 comfortably and the breakfast bar has additional seating for 4. There is a half bath downstairs off the hall. Upstairs includes a queen in the master bedroom with TV/VCR (no television); master bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double and twin bed. There is a full bathroom off the hall with tub/shower combo. Right across the street is the Necanicum River with only 5 short blocks to the Convention Center and town. The beach and Promenade are within easy walking distance. Parking for 3 cars, no smoking or pets allowed.
