This home has a lovely deck with hot tub (clean fee includes $50 service fee for hot tub) which backs up to the river and is only 2 blocks to the beach. Main floor has fully appointed kitchen including dishwasher, dining area and living room with cable TV/DVD player. Just off the kitchen there are sliders to a sitting room which has the double hide-a-bed. Living room has views to the deck and river. You will also find 2 Queen bedrooms and one full bathroom. Go upstairs to the loft to find another sitting area, 1/2 bath and bedroom with 4 twins. Additional shower off the laundry room. No smoking please. Parking for 3 cars.
