| Near the beach access this all level home is in quiet North Seaside and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath and the private in-law apartment behind the garage has one bedroom and another bathroom. Enter the front door to the living room with beautiful new leather furniture, TV with basic cable, kitchen and dining area. Down the hall you will find two bedrooms with 2 twins each, the king bedroom and a full bathroom. Off the dining area, pass through the door to the garage and you will find the 2nd private shower addition. Behind the garage you will find the in-law Apt. with a queen bed and 1/2 bath. The back yard is fully enclosed and is sandy, almost like a mini-beach. Ping-Pong table in garage and home provides free wireless internet access. This home is pet friendly with deposit and approximately a 1 minute walk to the beach. Parking for 3 cars only. |
