| This classic and historic Gearhart home is wonderful for a family gathering and includes partial ocean views, lovely yard, sun porch, fireplace and more. Downstairs you will find a spacious living room with cable TV, fireplace and partial views from living room. The sun porch with game table and window seat is off the formal dining room. Kitchen includes dishwasher and all cookware, utensils, etc. There is one bedroom (2 twin beds) and one full bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Upstairs you will find another full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The bedrooms upstairs, 3 of which include partial ocean views, include: King bedroom, 2 twins, 2 sets of bunks (4 twins), another bunk bedroom (2 twins) and finally the bedroom with double bed. All the bedrooms upstairs additionally have a sink with mirror except for the single bunk room with 2 twins. Lovely yard with mini-basketball play area and gas BBQ. The beach is a short walk and just north is a grassy park area with tennis courts nearby. Downtown Gearhart has shopping including grocery, antiques, ice cream, and restaurants. A family favorite for years, you won't want to miss this one! No smoking or pets allowed. Parking for 4 cars. |
