Baywood Villa is a wonderful Caribbean style villa located in the gated neighborhood of Dawn Beach Estates. The villa offers stunning views of the ocean and St. Barths.

The villa’s two-level space, rooms, patios, veranda, outside decks and private pool join together in a flowing space taking advantage of the wonderful views.

The main level offers a spacious living and dining area which is exquisitely furnished offering a plush, rustic look….The living/dining area offers ceiling fans and air conditioning. The open plan kitchen, with island and breakfast bar, opens onto the dining area offering granite countertops and is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and all accessories required for all your cooking & dining needs…

There is also a laundry area with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board. Adjoining the living area is a terrace area with outdoor sitting and dining area.

The entertainment area in the living room offers a TV, DVD player and stereo system with CD player. In addition, there is complimentary Wi-Fi access offered at the villa for your use.

Within the main level of the house, there is access to two guest bedrooms on the lower level. Each bedroom offers a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and en-suite bathroom with double bowl sinks & shower.

The master bedroom is located to the left of the main level of the villa where you will exit through a side door and access the private door to the master bedroom. The master bedroom offers a king bed, sitting area with 2 chairs, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and en-suite bathroom with double bowl sinks, tub & shower.

The 4th bedroom is located on the lower pool level with access from the pool level…This bedroom offers a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with single bowl sink and shower.

Sliding glass doors open onto an outdoor veranda area on the main level where you may enjoy the wonderful views and gentle trade winds. This level offers an outdoor covered gallery with comfortable sitting areas plus outdoor dining area for up to 8 persons. From the main level veranda area, you can go down to the lower level to access the swimming pool area and Jacuzzi area.

The pool and Jacuzzi area is a wonderful area for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views. The pool is very interesting as it is oval shaped and is one of the very few black pools on island. Comfortable lounge chairs around the pool allow guests to sun bathe and soak in the tropical sun.

The villa is located in Dawn Beach Estates, conveniently located to the ferry service from Oyster Pond to St. Barths; just a short walk to Dawn Beach & The Westin Resort & Casino; 15 minutes from Orient Bay, the center for water sports on the island; 10 minutes from Philipsburg the center for the best shopping on the island and 20 minutes from Grand Case where you will find the best "French Restaurants on the island."
