This large terra cotta style Florida vacation home has five bedrooms and sleeps up to thirteen people. It has three bathrooms and has many windows allowing you to enjoy the Florida sunshine. It offers all the conveniences to make this a home away from home. It has partial gulf views from the second and third floors. Step out onto the pool deck for family fun. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy the private pool. There is also Wifi high speed internet.

The Tropical Splash also offers two tennis courts, a sand volley ball pit, a large community pool with sauna, (pool heated November through April) and will meet all your social needs while you enjoy your stay.

The sugar white beaches and the emerald blue waters are a half block away from this fabulous vacation home. It also has its own private gated access to the beach. It is approximately two miles to the nations largest outlet mall.
