The Destin Beach House is a four-bedroom, two-bath home that will surely satisfy all your "getaway" needs. You are just 1 block from the pristine, sugar-white beach and teal waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The home also comes with it's very own Street Legal Golf Cart; no need to carry anything to the beach!

 

Grilling out in the backyard by your own, private patio pool is still another pleasure the Destin Beach House offers. Plus for the "social butterflies" in your group you can enjoy the large community pool, only 5 homes away. So come and play at the Destin Beach House and have some real fun "in and out O' D sea"!

  • Rates are quoted for 8 people. Add $100 per additional person. Sleeps 12

  • *Spring Break....$2075/week
  • Extra charge for Holiday's may apply.
  • Tax: 11.5% Florida Tax
  • Pet Fees run from $150-$300
  • Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home.
  • Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day.
  • Damage Deposit: $500-$1000 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in good order.
  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are accepted. There is a 3% charge on credit card

Golf Cart: $300.00 per week

**Students are not Eligible for Golf Cart
