Complete renovation!  A huge, two bedroom villa with an open floor plan... All on ground level. Beautifully designed, 1500 square foot vacation villa.  Large Great Room, complete with vaulted, beamed ceilings in the living area, along with a direct lagoon view.  Complete renovation including fresh paint and a new roof.

This unit is the LARGEST (almost 1500 Sq Ft) of the Queens Grant 2 Bedroom /2 Bath Units.  

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, a huge closet, a large dresser with mirror and an armoire for the TV/DVD combo plus plenty of storage.  The Master Bedroom also has direct access to our 30' deck, and private bath access.   

Guest bedroom has two double beds, nightstand, another large closet, a tall chest and a TV/DVD combo...Private bath access too.

The bedroom areas can be closed off from the living area.  Great for extra privacy and for families traveling with small children.

Living area has one large movie sectional.   Also available is a queen-size inflatable aero-bed.  Dining table and chairs seat eight.  

Three sliding glass doors (two from the living area, one from the Master Bedroom) exit onto your private 30 foot deck.  The huge deck has a table and umbrella with four chairs, a main seating area with two large chairs and an outdoor loveseat, and an additional seating area just outside the master bedroom door. Plus we just added a brand new WEBER gas grill for your convenience.

Wheelchair Accessible!  Private entrance, close to parking, single story access. Just walk right in! Beautifully landscaped grounds with Palmetto trees and moss draped, live oaks everywhere.  The pool is a few steps away  (one of five pools).  A short 10 minute walk to the beach. Our guests enjoy private access to miles of white sandy beach, plus all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer; 3 award winning golf courses, 25 tennis courts, the Island's deepest yacht basin and marina, a 10 mile lagoon system, 6 miles of bike paths, a cultural arts center, two renowned beachfront hotel resorts and their amenities, 21 restaurants, Shelter Cove Shopping Mall, and much more.  Palmetto Dunes is located mid-island and is convenient to everything.  Exceptional restaurants, biking, canoeing all on site.  Walk to Alexanders Restaurant on-site.
