You are just a short drive to downtown Philipsburg and just 15 minutes away from famous Orient Beach for its wide array of restaurants, watersports activities, people watching and more!

On site amenities that you can enjoy is a large fresh water pool with slide for children...There are chairs and umbrellas by the pool area for guests to enjoy. There is also a small gym with the basic work out equipment. Dawn Beach is located within a short stroll from the condo.

The deluxe two bedroom suite offers the perfect stay for honeymooners, couples, families and friends traveling together. The suite can be rented as a studio suite for a maximum of 2 persons, one bedroom suite for a maximum of 4 persons w/ pull out sofa bed in living room or the entire unit to accommodate up to 6 persons when occupying the entire suite.
