The Manatee room is originally part of the fishing camp triplex back in the 50’s, which has now been newly decorated in a tropical theme by the owner with emphasis on manatee and sea life. It has a partial view of the bay. A king size bed, 1 bunk bed accommodation for two kids in a separate room open to the main room, air conditioning, rattan furniture, apartment size kitchen with a compact refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove and oven, complete kitchen and dining utensils, full size tiled shower, towels, linens and a tropical open setting including umbrella covered picnic table, BBQ grill and hammocks.

If you like to do any Sailing , Kayaking, Fishing, Swimming, Snorkeling, Diving, Everglades exploring, Bird watching or just relaxing in a Warm Tropical Paradise, this vacation is just what the doctor ordered... , Each of our cottages comes with a FREE designated 22' sailboat for your entire stay.. No hustle and bustle (Sailing Lessons available) and you can sail from sun up to sun down. Also Included Free is usage of all our non motorized water toys such as Rowing Dory, Canoes, Kayaks, smaller Sailboats, Adult & Kid size Paddle Boats, Snorkel/Fishing gear and Floating toys. PLUS a Sunset cruise on our 40' Sailing Catamaran with a water slide, this boat also seconds as your own privet little Island parked just a 100 yards off our docks that you can swim or kayak out to..... And ...IT'S ALL FREE with your cottage rental!! But if you are not a sailor yet and wanted to learn... we can also offer you sailing lessons...Just let us know in advance so we can set your sailing lessons schedule...

Once you have decided to reserve your chosen cottage, we will hold it for you and allow 5 to 7 days for us to receive your $500 deposit check which will be payable to:

Or Call us because we now accept Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) Personal /cashier's check or money order for $500 deposit. Once we receive your deposit we will be sending you a confirmation letter, invoice and driving direction via email.


Cancellation Policy: Please read before making a reservation

We are not a large chain resort/hotel. We simply have a few cottages that are booked well in advance. Once we reserve a cottage for you we may have to turn away others that inquire for your same dates. We have adopted the below policies to be fair for both or guest and our facility.

Refunds:

Cancellation must be received on or before the 45th day before your check in date.

All cancellations must be sent via e-mail or to our mailing address. Once we receive your cancellation, your deposit will be refunded within 60 days of the cancellation date less 5% cancellation fee.

There will be no refunds for early departures or late check in as we will not be able to re-rent the cottage on such short notice. Past the deadline, the whole amount of your reservation will be withheld. If we re-rent the cottage for the dates canceled and we will do our best to call guest that we may have turned away, we will refund the days re-rent.
