The Villa Magica is unlike any other property found in Puerto Vallarta or the surrounding area. This magnificent, one of a kind property is without a doubt the most "Magical" place to stay. The Magica has 87,800 sf of space containing 11 individual circular casitas that will sleep up to 22 guests. Perched high on a bluff this magnificent compound has ocean views from each unique and individual casita. No two are alike !

From the main road you will travel through 1.5 km of beautiful lush jungle vegetation to the entrance of the Magica. Once you enter it's spectacular gates you will step into a world beyond your most vivid imagination. The Magica is situated on a protruding point out into the ocean with amazing views from every location. You will travel only 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, near the town of San Pancho where you are close to Sayulita, La Cruz and Bucerias. The Villa Magica has an Executive 9 hole golf course and 2 carts on the estate. Guests are welcome to use these items at no charge. Also available to guests are 2 house jet ski wave runners along with vests and helmets.....also at no charge. Included with your stay are 2 nine passenger Surburbans and 2 ATV vehicles for your enjoyment. You simply provide the gas.

3 meals/day are served. Coffee at 8 am, breakfast at 9 am, lunch at 2 pm and dinner at 7:30 pm. Times can be adjusted to suite your preferences. Since this is a private home, not a hotel, all meals served will be the same for all guests.Typical Mexican meals are served with locally available meat, fresh fish, pork, chicken, vegetables and fruit. Special requests are available for an extra fee. Water and soft drinks are provided with your stay. Other drink items are provided upon request and can be ordered in advance and will be waiting for you if available. Food is included with your booking.

A full time staff of 6 will provide for all your needs. Additional staff can be requested for special events or functions. Towels and sheets are changed mid week unless additional changes are requested. The staff is not allowed to enter your room except to change sheets and towels. Bathroom towels should be left in the room and beach towels are provided for the pool and beach.

The pool is heated and can be adjusted for your personal comfort. The Jacuzzi is set at 104 degrees and can also be adjusted for your comfort.

There are beaches on both sides of the property. The north beach is excellent for swimming.

There is a gym for your convenience which contains: 2 treadmills, stair stepper, gym set, free weights, dry sauna, steam room, lockers and showers.

Each of the 11 Casita Huts (bedrooms suites) has king sized beds, powder room, showers, Zacuzzi tubs, walk in dressing rooms, kitchenette, refrigerator, ice maker, satellite TV, A/C, ceiling fans, WIFI Internet and a phone. Two of the Casita Huts are family friendly and have 3 bedrooms each.

The estate has it's own water treatment plant and high cpacity electric generator making the Magica totally self sustaining.

The Villa Magica can hold events for up to 60 guests. Corporate functions, weddings, retreats, family gatherings, special events are all welcome and can be staffed to meet any need.
