The open-air main living room/dining room area offers a heated Jacuzzi framed by hand carved cantera coulmed arches. Other amenities include air-conditioned bedrooms, full staff including cook, houseman, daily maid service and night security.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms all with king size beds and private baths and can accommodate up to 6 people on three levels or combined with Vida Sol to create a 6 bedroom villa or with Vida Sol and Vida Mar for a 10 bedroom Villa.

Add 18% Mexican Hotel Tax. Plus a Refundable Damage Deposit $500 Special 1-2 bedroom rates available, summer only. Rates include the service of housekeeper, cook and English speaking host. Cost of food not included. Vida Sol accommodates 10 people, Vida Mar accommodates 8 people Vida Alta accommodates 6 people. Accommodates large groups, ten bedrooms total. Payments: Casa Tres Vidas requires a 50% deposit due at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and 90 days for holiday bookings. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Upon cancellation deposits are only refundable if space can be re-booked for the exact same dates minus a $200 service fee. No credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Rates quoted on a nightly basis. Three night minimum stay, seven night minimum stay for holidays. Rates are subject to change.
