The Redwood Beach Glen sleeps up to 10. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. This home is less than a 3-minute walk from the first of several nearby beaches on Westcliff drive. 2 blocks and down the stairs to the closest beach. There are hardwood floors throughout the main home and the seperate back yard with roses cottage. Enjoy the large hot tub & beautiful garden in a very private backyard. The main home has 3 bedrooms, and 1 full bath w/shower/tub. There is a delightful 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage in the rose garden. This private cottage is a perfect romantic hideaway. The Master bedroom has 1 King bed & a TV/VCR. The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 1 Double bed & a twin trundle bed= 2 twin bed with large TV/VCR/DVD player. . The Garden Cottage has 1 Queen Bed with 1 TV, & a separate full bath with a tile shower that is conveniently close to the hot tub. There is a well equipped kitchen for holiday dinners.The Dining Room can easily seat 8 guests and overlooks the back yard. The Redwood has complete linens & wine glasses. There is a TV & a DVD/CD player located in the living room. This is an Elegant & functional home. The Redwood Beach Glen is a great home for families who love to BBQ. There is a fully enclosed back yard with redwood trees, a lush lawn, and a stone patio. There are 2 plastic tables under the Redwood tree or in the sun that can seat 4 each! on the wooden deck; next to the grass yard with a nice wooden bench under the small pink roses & near by Jasmine plants for a nice fragrant outdoor dining experience. Parking for 2 in the driveway & 2 cars in front. And more parking alongside the front of the home; if needed. 2 easy flat walk; blocks and down the stairs to the beach. 1.2-miles to the South on West Cliff Drive you will find Santa Cruz Beach/Boardwalk and Wharf-for fine ocean-view dining. To the North on West Cliff Drive fabulous Natural Bridges State Beach, Famous for monarch butterfly migration and fun tide pools. This home is on the Westside of Santa Cruz just a 5 -min drive to the main entrance of the UCSC campus. |
