Both the bedrooms have Queen beds and there is also Queen futon in the Living Room and a Queen Aerobed for additional bedding. The open architecture and broad beams in the living room create an intimate yet spacious feeling. Full kitchen, laundry room & gas BBQ grill. There are 2-bicycles and 4-boogie boards available for you use. On the large grassy lawn in front is a fun hot tub. Short walk down quiet street to the large & sandy 26th Ave Beach. Pet friendly.
