THE SAND DOLLAR: Vacation Rental Sleeps up to 8, 3-bedrms 2-bath Pet Friendly, 6-houses to the Pleasure Point Park and surf beach and 2 blocks to 35th beach and a little more to 38th beach or walk to the right of the home 4-1/2 blocks to the large sandy 26th Ave Beach or the cozy Moran Beach with bathrooms and parking. There's plenty of surfers all along East Cliff Drive. For privacy and less winds enjoy Moran Beach with bathrooms for the youngsters and parking across the street. Enjoy all the seals barking; can be heard from the home too. Charming white picket fenced Cape Cod style home. Shell decor, new and open home! Updated Kitchen with Gas stove, Dining area off kitchen with multi-paned windows overlooking the grassy backyard, outside hot & cold shower and outdoor table and hot tub! Truly a relaxing Fenced-in Backyard to have fun, Hot Tub, and enjoy the sea air and privacy of this yard with flowers. There is also a hot and cold shower and a large Stainless Steel gas BBQ grill, plus tables and chairs dor outdoor dining. The upstairs deck is also private with a 2 person table, 2 loung chairs and 2 large lounging chairs. Cherry hardwood floors downstairs with Upstairs large carpeted Master bedroom Suite with Master bath with Tub/Shower. The master bedroom has it's own small deck with 2 person table for morning coffee, reading and evening sitting. Downstairs has 1-Queen bedroom, and the 2nd Bedroom downstairs has 2 Twin Bunk beds = 4 twin beds -(with a Twin slide out under one of the bottom bunks) to sleep 5 in this bedroom. 2nd Bathroom also has a tub/shower with elegant crystal chandlier. The home also has a Comcast Wireless Internet connection and a large Flat screen Cable TV. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the garage; along with 4 bicycles. Its an Easy short walk to Pleasure Point beaches to watch surfers on one of the best point breaks in the area. or for you to take lessons where they guarantee to have you up and riding a wave the first day!! Also it is a fun walk to over 15 restaurants within 10-blocks. There is a wonderful dog park (called the Dirt Farm) near the corner of East Cliff and 38th Ave, and the dogs are allowed to go off leash in these small neighborhood beaches, 1 and then onto 3 blocks from the home. To the right of the home walk 4 1/2 blocks to the cozy Moran beach; with bathrooms for the youngsters and parking; if needed; keep walking and enter the large 26th Avenue beach; for endless miles of jogging, walking, boogie boarding and just beach relaxing! 3 minutes to Capitola- a bicycle ride away. 7 minutes to the Santa Cruz beach Boardwalk. 45 minutes to Montery Bay aquarium and Cannery Row. Sorry, there is no land line at this house, please bring your cell phones. Plenty of parking at the home. Pet friendly! |
