Interior: As you walk into the foyer of this one bedroom residence, you are warmly welcomed by a custom, brass “Tree of Life” wall-divider, offering a more spacious entrance. When you continue into the kitchen/living area, you are sure to be floored by all of the state-of-the-art appliances, furniture and décor inside. We have recently installed dark oak wood floors throughout most of the residence. The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with a custom German stove, Subzero refrigerator, Subzero 60-bottle wine cooler, Miele dishwasher, General Electric microwave, espresso machine and basic kitchen utensils. The kitchen counter is made of a rare onyx material, which is complimented by brass-infused, marble floors and custom-lit, touch-activated cupboards. In the living room you have a 40 in HD television. Additional viewing spectacles outside the residences include: a panoramic outlook of downtown, the George Washington Bridge, and picturesque sunsets over the Hudson River.
If there is important business that needs to be addressed quickly and conveniently, the suite offers its guests, a newly built, closed-door office space, equipped with high-speed, wireless Internet. Also at your disposal is a state-of-the-art bathroom with specially designed, ‘fish-scale’ marble floors. The master bedroom houses a king-size bed, gilded with a custom-built, gold-leaf bed frame. The bedroom also contains an adequately sized walk-in closet, several drawers for clothing, and another flat screen television.
