Situated in a beautiful rural location, Villa Florence enjoys a favorable position and provides superb views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside. This traditional Cypriot holiday home lies amongst private full-grown gardens, lending a relaxing, 'away-from-it-all' atmosphere. On the other hand, it is only two kilometers away from the beach of Coral Bay where one can find shops, plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants and several popular beachside taverns. It is also only two kilometers away from the busier village of Peyia providing a great choice of traditional taverns and shops.

Behind the single-storey villa, the paved terrace around the private swimming pool is liberally furnished with loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs; the outside lighting is ideal for entertaining and late night feasts prepared on the portable barbecue. Dining during the day is also enjoyed under the shade of the covered terrace, from which double doors lead into the lounge.

Decorated in a traditional island style consisting of whitewashed walls, tiled flooring and colorful furnishings, the villa's interior also features a lounge with satellite television, video player, cd/cassette player. An elegant archway leads to the well-equipped kitchen with dark pine cabinets and black marble counters. From April 2002 a microwave will be available. The master bedroom is comprised of a double bed and a satellite TV while the other two bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and doors opening onto a wide sunny terrace. An adjoining full bathroom and separate washroom also add to the facilities available.
