Villa La Palma (also known as Quinta Tessie) is a spectacular 4 bedroom villa set on the hillside in upper Conchas Chinas and within 5 minutes of downtown and beachs. This spacious villa is a perfect blend of the best of contemporary design and Tropical Pacific. The villa is named for an immense palm tree which grows thru the middle of the villa, being showcased in the main entrance which also flows to the open concept living/dining area and out to the terrace & pool.

The house is designed with all rooms open to the tropical breezes and sweeping views of the bay from Punta Mita in the north to Los Arcos in the south. Entering onto the main level is the living /dining area, a bedroom and a well equipped kitchen. The upper level features the magnificent master bedroom with ocean views plus another bedroom with jungle views only. The lower level contains another spacious bedroom with ocean views. 4 bedrooms in all.
