Christmas & New Years requires a 10 night stay

50% deposit to confirm booking due 7 days from reservation request.

Only rented rooms will remain unlocked.

This private vacation villa is fully staffed, the chef will prepare 2 meals per day for $50, 1 meal is $30/day. Guests pay extra for food costs.

Gratuity - Suggested amount $5 - $10US per day, per guest, payable to Chayo the housekeeper. She will divide amongst the staff.

Rates and Terms are subject to change without notice. Reservations can only be guaranteed with deposit.

Terms and Conditions:

Reservations: require a 50% deposit of entire rental fee. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival. If a security deposit for phone and damages are required, it will be with the final payment. By signing this agreement, guests agree to cancellation policies and all other stipulations as stated on our web site or brochures for each individual property.

Cancellation policy: Unless otherwise stated, the cancellation policies are firm and as follows:

During any cancellation, a $250 non-refundable fee will be charged, in addition to:

120-90 days prior to arrival-money received is 80% refundable.

89-60 days prior to arrival - money received is 40% refundable

59-0 days prior to arrival - money received is NOT REFUNDABLE.
