Unit 302 is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach front condominium overlooking Los Muertos Beach and Banderas Bay. This unique split level condo is one of the largest in the building with approximately 1800 sq ft, a fully equipted large kitchen, dinning room and wet bar. The Master bedroom has king bed and second bedroom has twin beds that can be combined for a king bed. The large communal pool has plenty of space and the beach is right below.

Located in Old Town and right on the beach you are within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and night life.
