Spacious landscaped backyard has salt water in ground -heated pool & spa w/panoramic views of San Jacinto Mountains. Pool floats are available as well as bicycles for a ride to the Park only 3 blocks away. The backyard is completely walled for privacy and has grapefruit, tangerine and orange trees. There is plenty of off street park.

The home has 2 master bedrooms, 3 guest bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, & a laundry room. 1 of the master bedrooms has a king size bedroom set w/a new luxury mattress, private bathroom w/granite counter tops & tub, & is on a separate side of the house from the other bedrooms. The other master bedroom has a queen size bed w/a new luxury mattress, private bathroom w/granite counter tops & shower, & French doors that open onto a private patio & yard w/spectacular views of San Jacinto mountains. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have a queen & a full size bedroom sets w/new luxury mattresses. All the bedrooms listed above have TV sets in their rooms w/cable service. Bedroom number 5 has 2 twin beds w/new luxury mattresses. Laundry room has a full size washer/dryer & is off the kitchen. All floors have new tile, w/area rugs. The window treatments throughout are new stain wood blinds. All baths have plush towels. Beach towels are provided too.
