Casa Cardonal is a beachfront luxury estate located on Mexico's tranquil Sea of Cortez. Built as an exquisite family estate in the heart of the quiet seaside village of El Cardonal, Casa Cardonal offers a magnificent home with a pristine sandy beach, swimmable water, infinity pool, Jacuzzi and extensive outdoor seating and dining areas.

The Casa features three spacious bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and plenty of living space. Its 4,000 square feet of dramatically open space provides spectacular views of the living sea amidst comfortable settings. Guests at Casa Cardonal will immediately feel surrounded by this fabulous and unique environment; the open architecture and many windows will make you truly feel a part of nature.

The Casa offers 3 bedrooms, each with private bath - (Sleeps 8):

The Casa also boasts a "state of the art" and well equipped kitchen with wine coolers, warming drawers, 6-burner gas range, microwave, gas BBQ, dishwasher, bar area and indoor seating for a crowd.

Need more space? Casa Cardonal's Casita adds 2,000 square feet, with a separate home that includes two more bedrooms - each with its own private bathroom. The Casita has its own modern kitchen and living areas – (Sleeps 4).

  • Full Estate (Casa & Casita - sleeps 12 - 14) - $1,500 per night (3-night minimum).
  • Full Estate (Casa only - sleeps 8) - $900.00 per night (3-night minimum).
  • Weekly Rate (Casa & Casita) - $6,500.00 per week. 
  • Monthly Rate (Casa & Casita) - $18,000.00. The Monthly Rate is not available during Christmas Week or New Year's week.
Holiday Season - Christmas & New Years:
  • Full Estate (Casa & Casita - sleeps 12 - 14) - $1,500 per night (3-night minimum).
  • Weekly Rate (Casa & Casita) - $7,500 per week. Note: This is a discount of 2 nights.
Mid Season – September & December(except Christmas & New Years) through February:
  • Full Estate (Casa & Casita - sleeps 12-14) - $1,200 per night (3-night min.).
  • Full Estate (Casa only - sleeps 8) - $720.00 per night (3-night min.).
  • Weekly Rate (Casa & Casita) - $5,200 per week.
  • Monthly Rate (Casa & Casita) - $14,400.00
Additional Rate Information and Policies:
  • Casa Cardonal offers all repeat renters an additional 10% discount off 2011 published rates.
  • Fishing boat (Panga) – an additional fee of $250 US per day is required for fishing and ecotouring including assistance by a local boat captain and guide, $50 US per hour for other boat use (activities and transportation). Fee includes gasoline. Local rental taxes are included. The best fishing in the Sea of Cortez takes place during the months of May, June, July & August.
  • Reservation Deposit Required. An advance deposit, in the amount of 1/3 of the rental, is required in order to reserve and hold your dates. Sorry, advance deposits are non-refundable. Balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
