  • Additonal Fees: Rates are subject to $55 damage waiver, 5% admin fee, and 11% tax
  • Cleaning Fee: $120 if less than 4 nights.
  • Minimum Stay: Minimum 3 nights to book in Advance during most ot the seasons, except for Peak Season (Summer) when the Minimum requirement to book in advance is 7 Nights.
  • Travel Insurance: 6.5% added to base for travel insurance, which is optional.
  • Maximum Occupancy: 8 adults, including teenagers and grown ups. Exception to the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 10 GUESTS can be accommodated ONLY IF at least 2 of them are children under the age of 7 (1 crib + 1 toddler's bed available) A charge of $100/day /adult/teenager/grown-ups will be charged if MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY RULES above are not Dates Available: - a minimum of 3 nights required to book in more than a week in advance.
  • Weekly Rentals: From MAY 5 up to AUG 5, only weekly rentals available.
  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: FAMILY RENTALS ONLY! Our unit WILL NOT be rented to vacationing students or young adults(under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. During Spring Break Season, we require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES . OUR RENTAL UNIT IS MONITORED FOR VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY. ALL VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED AND ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED. RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES ARE NULL AND VOID AND CHECK-IN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. This policy includes reservations made by parent who do not check-in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTION!!
