Welcome to paradise! Ocean Paradise is a magnificent, fully air-conditioned villa compound in Pelican Key with private beach access. This spacious 5 bedroom, 5 bath gated villa offers expansive covered terraces with great open ocean views and is located 2nd row beachfront (beach access only 100 feet down a beautifully landscaped private pathway) and is a protected enclave complete with a large pool with waterfall and underwater massage pressure system, a sundeck, Jacuzzi, and much more! This is a one of a kind 3-story beauty with marble spiral staircases is 5,000+ sq ft under roof!

Ocean Paradise provides 4 large King Suites, each suite providing breathtaking ocean views, a walk out terrace, and an en-suite bathroom. The 5th bedroom connects to one of the king suites and has a queen bed.

There are three levels in this home. Enter this St Maarten vacation rental villa on the middle level where you will find two master suites. At the top of the elegant spiral staircase there is a lovely sitting area for reading. On this top level there are 2 more master suites and a 5th BR with queen bed.

The lower level includes the gourmet kitchen, spacious living room and dining room.

The kitchen and expansive living room open to an outdoor oasis, complete with a large, private pool, cascading waterfall, and Jacuzzi. Perfect for entertaining outside, enjoying cocktails, or dining al fresco.

Ocean Paradise is conveniently located just minutes to water sports, fabulous shopping, world class restaurants, casinos, night life and all the island has to offer. Simpson Bay is just 4 minutes drive and the Maho area near the airport is just 10 minutes drive.

In addition to the beach at the villa, Maho Beach and the Sunset Beach Bar are 10 minutes drive. Mullet Bay Beach is a popular family beach just 15 minutes drive and Simpson Bay Beach is 10 minutes away with local beach bars for cocktails, lunch and entertainment.
