Description

You've just discovered a peaceful, tropical, very affordable retreat to spend your much needed vacation... Moka is a comfortable 1BR/1BA second floor condo located in picturesque Anse Marcel on the northwestern tip of French St Martin. This cute, fully airconditioned unit offers a furnished balcony overlooking the tropical pool area and views of the lush hillside. It has all the amenities you'll need for a stress free vacation.

Moka has an open floor plan with a breakfast bar open to the living area. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed ans ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and there is even a washing machine for guest use.

The TV has French Satellite with English options such as CNN, sports, and movies.

Guests can easily walk to the Marina and one of the nicest beaches on the island. The waters of this protected cove are calm and warm and the soft white sand is delightful. Beach chairs are available for a nominal fee as well as a couple of beachfront restaurants and bars.

You will be only a 5 min drive to the Pinel Island ferry and 10 minutes from Orient Bay or Grand Case.
