What was once a family home and a Governor’s Residence, En’Sea has recently been transformed into a fabulous 5 bedroom,5 bathroom Modern-Caribbean St. Maarten vacation villa.

Take in the breezy morning air while sipping your fresh cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the harbor. Catch the moving panoramic scene of the cruise ships as they enter into port at dawn for their day of on shore activities. Later in the afternoon, sit back with a cocktail and relax as you enjoy one of the most spectacular color shows as the Caribbean sunset lights up the skies.


En’Sea is within a short 10-minute walk to the nearest beach and water sports, or a 20-minute walk to Front Street, the shopping mecca of the Caribbean.

The capital of French Saint Martin, Marigot, is accessible through Link 1, and is only a 20-minute drive away.


This unique villa offers everything imaginable: complete privacy, a large pool area, a pool lounge, security, ample parking, a back-up generator, satellite TV, WiFi, A/C’s throughout, and much more.

On the main level sits a master suite with king size bed, and a guest room with a queen size bed. On the lower level sits a grand master suite with king size bed, reading corner, work table, walk-in closet, and large master bathroom; a guest room with a king bed, and another guest room with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have dramatic views of the harbor and bay.

The large covered terrace overlooks the entire Philipsburg Harbor, and features a large dining table with seating for 12, a seating area, as well as a comfortable lounge area.
