Welcome to our 700 square foot, one bedroom vacation home located on a two acre private estate with an awesome ocean view. The Guest House vacation rental is completely separate from the other two vacation homes on the estate, which makes it a perfect for a romantic getaway. The spacious, clean vacation home features two large lanais with outside seating for four. The Guest House is conveniently located within a mile of the H3 freeway for easy access to the airport, Waikiki and Honolulu, a 20-25 minute drive.

The Guest House is quiet and offers privacy and a spectacular view. It is ideal for couples, friends and small families.

You'll appreciate the cooling breezes on our hillside. The lanai is a great place to enjoy the views as you have your morning coffee or supper off the grill.

Guests have shared access to the Basketball Court and game room. The Game Room has a Pool Table, Ping-Pong table, Darts and Air Hockey. We have a game for everyone!

We provide everything you need for your trip to the beach including beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers and Kayaks.

The Guest House is the quietest place on the hillside and with our Quiet Hours you won't be disturbed by other guests.

Payment:
  • Deposit: Reservation deposit of 30% of the total is required upon booking.
  • Payment Types: We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and travelers checks.
  • Remaining Balance: The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 
If you cancel your reservation more than 120 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation within 120 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked. You have a year to reschedule your vacation.

Damage Deposit:
There is a $300 refundable damage deposit.

Other Charges:
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $75.
