Villa Pelican Paradise is situated in the upscale Pelican Keys area on the Dutch side close to tons of shopping and dining options, not to mention the casinos and thriving nightlife areas of this fun filled island. A few steps away from the villa is Pelican Key beach. The entire condo is on the 2nd floor of an independant villa and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room is spacious with a wrap around deck with beautiful views of the sparkling blue Caribbean Sea and the islands of Saba and St. Kitts. Once you walk out onto the deck you have a private swimming pool with ocean views. The living room has two couches, cable TV and wireless system for internet. The terrace is equiped with a BBQ, a table that sits four and chaise lounges by the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a DVD player and again beautiful views. The second bedroom overlooking the pool and the ocean, has two single beds is sectioned of with wooden fold doors and privacy. The house is fully air conditioned. |
